HOW TO CHECK MY ORDER STATUS

For OV and EV (Organisation Validation / Extended Validation) certificates
First, log into your MySSL account at myssl.ssl247.co.uk/.es/.it/.nl/.se/.de/etc…
When you get to your MySSL account, click on "My SSL Certificates" and then "Pending".
When done, you will be able to see your pending certificates. Click on the green button "view my certificate".
When you are on your certificate details page. Click on 'Contact Vetting'.
This will take you to the bottom of the page, to the 'Vetting Notes' tab. You can then send a message directly to the authority and validation teams.
For DV (Domain Validation) certificates
Please go to https://secure.trust-provider.com/products/ORDERSTATUSCHECKER
And select the information as below (do not put any spaces before or after)
