Problem
You want to import the intermediate certificate on Bluecoat, but you don't know which intermediate you should use.
In the process you may encounter this error :
"Go to the root certificate store and delete the root certificate with the following name and serial number and then test again"
Resolution
The installation on Blue Coat Systems Proxies requires an addition to the standard local. You will need to append the intermediate bundle and root.

If you encounter the error message :
"Go to the root certificate store and delete the root certificate with the following name and serial number and then test again"

Wait for the technician to disable root and restart your services as well.
